All requests for needed repairs or maintenance MUST be called into the Office. Except in EMERGENCY situations, Staff are not permitted to make repairs in the units unless they have a Work Order issued by the Office.
HVAC filters are changed monthly.
Lawn care is provided by the PHA and non-exempt residents pay a monthly fee of $6.00.
PHA has a Pest Control contractor who services the units monthly.
Residents must contact the Office PRIOR TO INSTALLATION! The PHA must receive the deposit and approve the location prior to installation.
Residents are NOT allowed to alter the units.
Residents may request Reasonalbe Accomadations, in writing, to the Office.
